Took an old world French Chateau and created a lighter and cleaner feel to brighten up the space.   A little modern transformation into a warmer and inviting space. We paid special attention to open up all areas of the home to maximize the comfortability.

Penthouse

Completely demolished the penthouse to construct an over the top modern chic with 180 degree panoramic views.  Extremely modern flare with some serious pizazz. We added a futuristic neon light essence to give the space an ultimate penthouse feel.

Solana Beach

Completely demolished a home to generate a classic modern gem on the coast.   Constructed a full 3 bedroom and game room underneath for a full usable basement. A perfect all around family home that prioritizes both beauty and fun.

An architectural masterpiece after a complete demolition.  Custom steel framing with amazing millwork siding and overhang allows this home to capture a one of a kind appearance. This home presents amazing funtionality while also presenting a clean modern feel on every square foot of the property. 

Beach House

Took a little beach bungalow and transformed it into a work of art.   This home sits on the bluff with amazing panoramic views. Extreme attention to detail with no expenses sparred. Perfect views of the Pacific Ocean that allows you to day dream while strolling through the home.

Pacific Avenue

 This modern masterpiece created several spaces that were unknown.   The details and specifications were extremely precise and built to perfection. An amazing view of the ocean with a wide sliding door that transforms the living room into the ultimate sunset lounging spot.

European Kitchen Showroom

We were very fortunate to Collaborate with European Kitchen, Bath, Tile and Stone to create an amazing an eclectic showroom showcasing all brands throughout the industry. Each vignette was unique unto itself.   The location shows off different brands, products and vendors so the public can see how it all comes together.  I truly amazing experience to build 12 kitchens in one space.
